On a technical level, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation requires the presentation of the complete and ordered file at the exact moment of the consular appointment. The regulatory framework is strict: the omission, alteration, or lack of legalization of any of the listed documents will result in the direct inadmissibility or denial of the visa. It is strictly mandatory that any document originally issued in a foreign language be accompanied by its respective official sworn translation endorsed by the MAEC.
