Preparing the file for the Brazil Working Holiday Visa (VITEM VI) is a process that requires technical precision. Unlike other programs, the Brazilian system requires prior validation of documents through digital platforms before physical presentation. Below, we present the exhaustive list of documents that your folder must contain to be accepted by the consular authorities.

Identity Requirements and Forms
Valid Passport: The travel document must have a minimum validity of 6 months at the time of entry and contain at least 2 blank pages for the visa stamp.
RER Form Receipt: You must present the proof of the Delivery Receipt Form (RER) generated in the official system, duly printed and signed by the holder.
Recent Photograph: A passport-sized photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm or similar), with a white background, front view, and without accessories that hide the face.
Legalized Civil Documentation
Original Birth Certificate: It is mandatory that the document be the original, have the Hague Apostille, and be accompanied by its corresponding Sworn Translation into Portuguese.
Criminal Record Certificate: Physical document issued by the competent authority of the countries where you resided in the last year. It must be apostilled, have a sworn translation, and have been issued less than 90 days ago.
Traveler Health and Safety
Original Medical Certificate: Document issued by a registered professional proving good general health and the absence of infectious-contagious diseases.
Medical and Travel Insurance: International policy valid for 365 days with uninterrupted coverage that explicitly includes sanitary and funerary repatriation.
Solvency and Logistics
Proof of Financial Solvency: Recent bank statements (from the last 3 months) in your own name demonstrating sufficient funds for initial maintenance.
Return Ticket: Proof of the return ticket to your country of origin or, failing that, demonstration of verifiable extra funds destined exclusively for its purchase at the end of the stay.
Administrative Procedures
Proof of Payment: Original receipt of the corresponding consular fee payment according to the applicant's nationality.
E-Consular Validation: In the consulates that require it, you must have prior approval of the file uploaded to the E-Consular system before attending the in-person appointment or sending the documents by mail.
